AMS QQA 250/13 7075 - high strength American specification aluminium alloy containing 5.1 to 6.1% zinc which is solution heat-treated and artificially aged to achieve the T6 condition. The alloy is also generally available in the ‘O’ condition for more severe, bending and forming operations. We offer the material in plate and sheet.
AMS QQA 250/13 7075 offers high strength with fair formability in the 'O' condition. The alloy has very good resistance to atmospheric corrosive attack.
