Smiths Belfast opened in November 2018 and is our most recently opened UK local service centre.
We continue to invest in our UK service centre network, and our new Belfast facility is further evidence of our ethos of providing local material stock with local expertise. Representing a significant commercial investment, Smiths Belfast has built stronger relationships with customers and extends our local stock portfolio to both Northern and Southern Ireland.
The 7,500 sq. ft. service centre, stocks plate, sheet and bar products including a full range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Plate and bar products are cut onsite using in-house processing services. The site location at Titanic Quarter benefits from closer proximity to the motorway network, which affords easier customer access.
