We are a world-class supplier of engineering raw materials. Our objective is to provide all our customers, from the small machine shop to the large multi-national corporation, a supply path that continuously delivers the highest levels of service, quality and value.
We stock nickel strip in both pure nickel and nickel silver grades. Our extensive stock range includes a broad selection of material grades and incremental sizes. Strip products are ideal in producing pressed components since the material can be machine fed. Our products are similar to sheet products but supplied in much narrower widths. We offer nickel strip in grades and sizes to suit all your commercial engineering requirements.
Pure nickel strip is ideal for use in the building of batteries. As the alloy has high corrosion resistance, can be efficiently spot welded and soldered and offers good conductivity with low electrical sensitivity, it allows battery sources to perform well, even in highly corrosive environments. Nickel strips also find use in electrical appliances, computers, cellular phones and chemical machinery. Strip products produced from pure nickel offer much lower resistance when compared to nickel-plated steel resulting in less heat and energy loss.
Nickel silver finds use in spring elements, electrical relays and telecommunication equipment. The alloy is often used in the manufacture of musical instruments, jewellery and decorative hardware.
We stock Nickel Strip in a variety of grades.
