We are a world-class supplier of engineering raw materials. Our objective is to provide all our customers, from the small machine shop to the large multi-national corporation, a supply path that continuously delivers the highest levels of service, quality and value.
We stock nickel and nickel silver sheets which are available to you on a fast turnaround. The sheer scale of our stockholding with numerous grades and sizes to choose from, results in an engineering supply chain solution which is unlikely to be available anywhere else.
Typical applications for nickel sheet include electronic wiring, sparking electrodes, heat exchangers (particularly in corrosive environments) and battery components. With good conductivity and corrosion resistance, the oil, gas and petrochemical sector makes good use of nickel alloy as an engineering material.
Guillotining is a processing operation that we perform in-house on all sheet products, and nickel is no exception. We process nickel sheet in this way at our local UK service centres and in bulk at our central warehousing facility based in Biggleswade. We guillotine your material to specific sizes catering for thickness from 0.45mm to 6mm and in widths/lengths of up to 2400mm. Our stock range includes a selection of pre-cut nickel sheets which are available for immediate supply. We are a one-stop-shop for all your nickel sheet requirements.
We stock Nickel Sheet in a variety of grades.
Our knowledgeable staff and resident metallurgists will be pleased to assist you further on any technical topic. Smiths Metal Centres Limited also boasts an in-house UKAS Accredited Testing Laboratory which is unique within the multi-metal and plastic stockholding sector. We believe this underlines our total commitment to quality and our ethos of being the complete service provider.
