We are a world-class supplier of engineering raw materials. Our objective is to provide all our customers, from the small machine shop to the large multi-national corporation, a supply path that continuously delivers the highest levels of service, quality and value.
EN32 is a case hardening steel with low tensile strength and is used in general engineering for the production of lightly stressed components.
The material displays good weldability and machinability characteristics in the supplied condition and has a hard wearing surface. EN32 is classed as an unalloyed low carbon grade.
EN32 engineering steel is readily machinable and weldable and offers low tensile strength. It is classed as a case hardening steel and is recommended for use in the production of lightly stressed components. We offer EN32 in closer incremental sizes which are closer to your finished size requirements.
Commercial applications for this engineering material include:
We stock EN32 in flats, round bar, square bar and hexagon bar.
