We are a world-class supplier of engineering raw materials. Our objective is to provide all our customers, from the small machine shop to the large multi-national corporation, a supply path that continuously delivers the highest levels of service, quality and value.
C63200 is an American Naval alloy with improved corrosion resistance. The material is quenched and tempered to eliminate the possibility of corrosion and finds use in the building of nuclear submarines as well as surface ships. It is a non-sparking alloy which also finds usage in explosive environments so, therefore, is ideal for the petrochemical, mining and weapon handling industries. It is a flexible nickel aluminium bronze that also boasts excellent wear resistance and can be easily welded.
C63200 bronze alloy offers superior saltwater corrosion resistance as well as excellent wear and abrasion resistance. The alloy displays good strength and toughness, performing well at both low and elevated temperatures. With good resistance to shock, C63200 alloy has low magnetic permeability.
