Beryllium Copper Plate

Our beryllium copper plate products are highly ductile and can be formed or stamped into complicated shapes while still maintaining excellent dimensional stability. With similar mechanical properties when compared to high strength alloys, we offer beryllium copper plate which performs well in both elevated and cryogenic atmospheres.

Heat Treatment

The performance characteristics of beryllium copper are improved considerably after heat treatment. The versatility of the alloy means that the material can be hardened or softened during the heat treatment process. Key features of this alloy include excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance and the ability to retain its strength in both cryogenic and elevated temperature conditions.

Processing your Plate

We offer a complete plate sawing package with a range of equipment, including both vertical and CNC saws. All our plate cutting services offer tight tolerances to match customer our particular requirements and in many instances, eliminate the need for further cutting. Plate cutting is available to our customers at the majority of our UK service centres sites.
